The Löwenstein prismaCR is a premium therapy device designed to treat central, mixed and complex sleep-disordered breathing—including Cheyne-Stokes Respiration. With Anticyclic Servoventilation (AcSV), automatic EPAP control, and optional TriLevel pressure settings, it provides highly adaptable treatment for challenging breathing patterns.

Flexible Therapy Modes & Pressure Range

prismaCR supports both AcSV and standard CPAP modes. Its pressure range from 4 to 30 hPa and automatic EPAP adjustment make it adaptable for a wide range of patient needs. The optional TriLevel mode gives extra control over pressure profiles for maximum comfort.

Comfort & Customisation Features

With features like softSTART (gradual pressure ramp on therapy start), softPAP (pressure relief during exhalation), and automatic backup frequency, prismaCR is built for comfort as well as performance. It responds dynamically to changes even within a single breath for more natural therapy.

Humidification & Leak Management

When paired with the prismaAQUA humidifier and smartAQUAcontrol, prismaCR offers intelligent humidification—rapid warm-up, compensation for leaks, and optionally using heated breathing circuits to prevent condensation for consistent comfort throughout the night.

Modern Connectivity & Monitoring

The device features full connectivity via SD card, (or optional external modem), and works with Löwenstein’s software suite (prismaTS, prisma APP, prisma CLOUD). It includes large touchscreen controls and intuitive menu navigation for ease of use at home.
