Sleep Test in the
Comfort of Your own Home

Sleep tests provide an accurate way to better understand how you sleep at night, and can help diagnose sleep disorders such as sleep apnea.

The mySleep® Level 2 Home Sleep Test gives a very accurate picture of your breathing, oxygen levels, heart rate and body position throughout the test night. mySleep® offers a Home Sleep Test that you can do from the convenience of your own home. Most people find that sleeping in your own bed helps you feel more comfortable and sleep in a more natural way.

A home sleep test is a very accessible way of any diagnosing sleep problems, enabling you to seek treatment for any possible sleep disorders.

Is a Sleep Study Worth It?

Quality sleep is important for our health and wellbeing. Poor quality or insufficient sleep dramatically impacts our physical and mental health as well as contributing to the likelihood of having a road or workplace accident

Studies in sleep deprivation show that insufficient sleep has a multitude of negative effects on your body including, but not limited to, lowered immunity, higher risk of accidents and Alzheimer's disease, and that all stages of sleep are important to our overall quality of life.1

A positive sleep apnea diagnosis is important in identifying the cause of a range of symptoms which can be treated with safe and drug-free options. So before you reach for another coffee, or cancel that fun adventure due to lack of energy, arrange a sleep test and take the first step toward sleeping healthy for life.

Types of Sleep Study We Offer

mySleep® offer various levels of sleep study which cater for different levels of screening.

Level 2 Sleep Study

A Level 2 sleep study is a medical test, which usually begins with a referral from your GP and a high percentage of cases meet Medicare Bulk Billing eligibility but can also be taken privately.

In this study the signals from your brain waves, oxygen levels, breathing effort, airflow, heart activity, and muscle movements will all be recorded to help your GP and Sleep & Respiratory Physician assess your sleep and its impact on your health or quality of life.
