Eligibility

1. 1. Customers must be an Australian or New Zealand resident aged 18 years or over to participate in this promotion.
2. 2. The method of entry must be completed during the promotional period.
3. 3. Resmedemployees and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Method of entry

How to enter:

1. 1. Purchase a Resmed AirTouchTM N30i nasal mask or AirTouchTM F30i Comfort full face mask from a ResmedAuthorised Dealerin one transaction, during the promotional period.
2. 2. The mask purchase must be registered via Resmed sleepvantage (member support program) by 10th February 2026 via www.sleepvantage.com.au
3. 3. All required information in the sleepvantage registration form, including a valid email address, phone number, mask purchase details are required. Proof of purchase will be required to validate the purchase, by way of uploading the purchase receipt as part of the sleepvantage registration form.
4. 4. Entries will be verified per Terms and Conditions stated below to receive a $50 Prezzee ActivTM Visa Digital Gift Card listedin the Promotional Draw Table.
5. 5. Digital gift cards will be only delivered via email (physical gift cards are not available), therefore an active valid email address will be requiredto be provided by eligible customers to receive a digital gift card.
6. 6. Customers must retain copies of all purchase receipts for all entries. All entries by the customer may otherwise be declared invalid.

Maximum number of entries

Customers can only receive a maximum of one digital gift card in this promotion. Additional mask purchases and sleepvantage registrations by the same customer will not qualify for multiple digital gift cards.

This offer is only available for eligible masks purchased via a ResmedAuthorised Dealer.

General

1. 1. Digital gift cards are not transferrable and are not redeemable for cash. Additional costs associated with digital gift cardare the responsibility of the winner.
2. 2. Resmedholds no liability for any digital gift cards that are lost or expired.
3. 3. Customers are responsible for providing Resmed with all accurate details, including valid name, email address, product purchase information and valid sleepvantage registration completion.
4. 4. Customers are eligible for a maximum of onedigital gift cardduring the mask purchase promotion.
5. 5. Customers who return their Resmed AirTouchTM N30i nasal mask or AirTouchTM F30i Comfort full face mask within the 30 day money back guarantee period, will be ineligible from the promotion.
6. 6. If we cannot conduct this offer as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond our control, we reserve the right, to the full extent permitted by law, to (a) disqualify any claimant; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this offer, as appropriate.
7. 7. We reserve the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice. We will honour any valid claims submitted at the time of any cancellation.
8. 8. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, we (including our officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer.
9. 9. This offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers.
10. 10. Resmedreserves the right to exclude any existing Resmedcustomers from this promotion if they have any outstanding money owed to Resmedunder any product or program. Resmedhas the right to request that customers pay off all outstanding payments owed to Resmedbefore they can be eligible for this promotion.

12. 12. This offer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales courts in relation to all claims arising in connection with this offer.

PROMOTIONAL DRAW TABLE

Digital gift card details and value

Eligible entries will receive a $50 Prezzee ActivTM Visa Digital Card. Digital gift cards are subject to availability per clause 9 of the General terms above.
Digital gift cards are not transferrable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash, per clause 1 of the General terms above.
The Activ™ Visa Digital Gift Card will be delivered via email, to the valid email provided via the verification form. Recipients can use the Prezzee ActivTM Visa Digital Gift Card to shop online or in-store, anywhere Visa is accepted. The digital card is valid for 3 years from date of issue.

Method of determining the winners

On 10th February 2026, all eligible customers who fulfil the criteria of eligibility per Scheduled Terms and Conditions will be reviewed per sleepvantage registration form submission, to ensure qualification for the digital gift card.

Notification of winners

Only eligible customers will be notified by email no later than 6th March 2026 to complete a form to verify their email address for delivery of the digital gift card, which will be sent within 30 days of this notification. Resmed holds no liability for any digital gift cards that are lost or expired, per clause 2 of the General terms above.

Unclaimed digital gift cards

If an eligible customer has not responded to the verification emailby the 31st March 2026, they will not receive a digital gift card. Resmed holds no liability for any digital gift cards that are lost or expired. Per clause 3 of the General terms above, customers are responsible for providing Resmed with all accurate details, including a valid email address, as this will be the method of delivery of digital gift card to eligible customers. Eligible customers must take responsibility to ensure they check their emails for verification emails and delivery of digital gift card.
